I wanted something good and didn't have a lot of money to spend. The first time I used it was at a band practice. We have two guitarists each with half stacks and our bass player who has a massive rig himself. This PA cut through all of it without a problem, in fact the mains were only up half way. Just recently I used it when we played an outdoor party.
While I had to crank the mains all the way up and the vocalists channel almost all the way up, this PA even kicked butt outdoors with a five piece rock band.
I was VERY impressed. Everyone remarks how good it sounds and how small it is. Everyone loves how it packs up in one carryable package especially me. The effects are FAR better than the Yamaha unit. I absolutely love this system, it's by far one of the best purchases I've ever made.
Top critical review. Reviewed in the United States on January 2, The system sounds great but unfortunately stopped working for no reason after a couple months.
It was also a pain to carry around. I suggest buying a behringer eurorack mixer and a behringer bd and up powered speaker. That combo is more versatile and durable. The PA system has to many limitations. Sort by. Top rated Most recent Top rated.

Sort by: Newest Oldest. I've used this model for almost a year now. I can set it up and be ready to play within 15 minutes. It's light and compact, and easily fits into the back of my RAV4, along with several guitars, various stands, and a barstool for performing.
The sound is powerful and easily tweakable for tone, volume and effects, and actually sounds better to my ears than the acoustic amps I've been using at home. The built-in effects are first-rate, though I tend to use the same one for performing -- adding a little reverb for and very slight delay for my voice. The effects can be controlled individually on each channel, of course, though it's not possible to assign different effects for different channels.
I've been playing indoor spaces in coffeehouses and restaurants, but also played outdoors recently, where the sound was particularly clean, projecting across a small park.
We had two XLR mics, and two guitar cables, and in that case we had to connect both mics and guitars to the same channels, which might be a problem if you only have a passive pickup inside your guitar, but we made it work. It's ideal for solo performers, though.
The ONLY down side to this particular model and reason not giving 5 stars is that there are no stereo outs for recording or monitor use, but in most spaces, I haven't had the need for a monitor.
Where I did think I needed a monitor, I just positioned myself slightly in front of the speakers and was able to perform without any feedback issues. I haven't had to use the feedback controls at all. Once I plugged my guitar and a vocal mic into a Fishman Loudbox-Mini for use as a monitor, then into the P.
Is there such a thing as "buyers rejoice"? I am a few days in with it and am more than pleased with the versatility and sound. The bottom end has real punch and the compression tweeter has body to it, not just sterile highs and sizzle. The 5 band EQ is sensitive and responsive, and the FX module is pretty incredible for a system at this price point.
What I really like is you can select and activate an effect, then select your next effect and have it waiting for a simple bump of the knob to change up your sound completely.
Unfortunately, the Effects Table wasn't included in the box, and I had to download the EPA users manual to find it, but it is now laminated and stowed between the speakers.
The FX quality is outstanding imo. Update: OK, not that I am really surprised but the vocal eliminator is not a useful tool. As suspected, it is a spectrum filter and it suppresses more than just vocals when it works at all.
Many songs keep audible singing at diminished volume, but the heart of the mid range is all washed out. Not an appealing sound, so it is much preferable to pay for instrumentals and have your vocalists sing along. Does it change the way I feel about the Europort? Not a bit - I got the speakers up on the stands, and I still marvel at the punch these 8" drivers possess.
I think it is important to read reviews. I take time to read both the good and not so good. We needed a small portable sound system that was reasonably priced. With a limited budget we wanted to stay under The system came and it performed as it promised. The notes from the customers allowed me to order a few cables that allowed me to hook up to the computer. Our first run with this system was a conference; with no training just using the directions and notes from reviews, we were able to plug in and go.
Good quality sound and we ran the music from the computer in addition to 2 wireless mics and the one that came with the system. The only note is that when it was delivered that box was really damaged obviously from the carrier but the system was intact.
Decent audio at a very attractive price. Since I already had a separate mixer, all I needed is this 2-XLR amp; for very limited gigs, its two mic plus two stereo inputs suffice all alone.
You'll need speaker stands for all but the smallest rooms; I suggest getting a mic stand as well, as this unit comes with a mic. Might also want to get a folding luggage carrier and a few bungee cords, if anyone with limited strength will be transporting it for more than ' or so. I've used this to fill a small church sanctuary with lots of headroom before distortion; used on a parade float, driven by a 1kW generator; sufficient output for a small 50 people outdoor open-air church service in a quiet neighborhood; when used in a 20x40 tent meeting with lots of overflow it still provided adequate volume.
I think it's big brother has one. Other than this We also had a backyard party with a guy playing acoustic and singing Terrific design and impressive performance. I have loved this piece of equipment since the very first moment I opened the box that was containing it.
I have just had two personal shows in an open garden so far and the sound was simply fantastic in both ocassions and the audience loved it.
I am so in loved with this piece of equipment that I am planning to buy a mixer to expand the capabilities of this PA. Definitivamente lo mejor en su categoria. Translate review to English.
