The T and T are CRA Canada Revenue Agency forms that are used when directly transferring funds from one registered investment account to another. The transfer form generated when setting up your transfer on Wealthsimple contains the same information as the T so it can generally be used in place of this form.
All you have to do is set up your transfer on our website or app and we'll send off the transfer form for you! If you do specifically require these forms, blank versions can be found at the bottom of this article. If you are transferring an account from an employer pension plan such as an RPP or DPSP , you may require the T form in addition to any documentation your employer has provided you.
