Do you still have to complete a landing card upon arrival in India?. I heard somewhere that this has now been discontinued. I would be grateful if someone could please confirm if this is the case?. Yes still needs to be completed for foreigner arriving in India.

You can apply for an Electronic Arrival Card up to 14 days in advance of your arrival in Singapore.

Rush processing — your application is processed within just 4 hours and the cost is USD Super Rush processing — your travel document is ready within just 30 minutes and the cost is USD The document you receive is valid for 14 days after issued or until passport expires after arrival.
This is a Single Entry visa, and the maximum stay is of 14 days Per Entry. All nationalities are eligible if they are not working pass applicants or cruise passengers. The Arrival Card we offer can only be used once. However, if you are planning on entering the country more than once within the 14 days Per Entry of validity, please contact us before applying.
The Singapore Electronic Arrival Card does not guarantee entry to the country. We recommend travelers to apply for this Electronic Arrival Card at least one day prior to their trip to Singapore.
